Serena Williams' practice session from the WTA Lexington event

Tennis - Serena Williams has said that she has been working hard during recent weeks to prepare herself for the upcoming tournaments, including the US Open.

And the proof is now available for all her fans to see. The WTA Tour has posted a video of one of her practice sessions from the Lexington event on their YouTube channel.

In the video, Williams is seen on the courts with her coach Patrick Mouratoglou. Williams seems to be physically fit and hitting the ball incredibly well in practice.

Williams is the top seed at the WTA event in Lexington this week and meets fellow American Bernarda Pera in the first round on Tuesday.
