Wilander reveals Novak Djokovic's secret weapon to win Grand Slams

Speaking on Eurosport the Swede Mats Wilander commented on Novak Djokovic's evolution and improvements. "Having Goran Ivanisevic on his team was a brilliant move. Marian Vajda is one of the best coaches of all time if not the best because he has helped Novak throughout his career so from Vajda to allow Novak to come in. Novak and Goran speak the same language, Goran was the most aggressive players of all time, one of the biggest servers. He is lefty. Goran may be like, You can be more aggressive here, come forward, go to the net. Just to develope his style and understanding of how he is gonna go forward, because I believe he can get better. He is getting a better rotation and creating more power, more swings speed. He can spin the ball more and hit the ball harder. The forehand is his weapon to win Grand Slams, the backhand to go through early rounds."

On Juan Ignacio Londero, Djokovic's upcoming opponent, Wilander added: "I saw the match against Sam Querrey and he never gives up, great attitude, like the South Americans. Diego Schwartzman comes to my mind. Juan Martin del Potro too. They are great fighters. He is gonna fight and enjoy the crowd. It's obviously a big task to win sets against Novak but no pressure on Londero but it's not that straight forward to be honest."
