Alex De Minaur dances to Baby Shark in Zhuhai (Video)
The week in Zhuhai was a very fun one for Alex De Minaur . Not only because he had a deep run, but also because he got a special gift from a fan which made him have the idea of dancing to the song 'Baby Shark'.
He posted a video that turned viral on his official Instagram account.
Speaking about it in a press conference, De Minaur said: "Lots of hours sitting in my bed realizing, what can I do with this gift. I got this gift from a fan and I thought it was incredibly funny. So at first I was just going to take a video without music or anything, just playing around with it, but I thought it would look so much better with a good song. And, look, I work hard on the tennis court, but I also work hard at my videos, so it was fun. Now hopefully if I have some time I can maybe do a part two, we'll see", explained the Sydney native.
On Zhuhai Championship courts all featuring a covered court, De Minaur concluded: "I actually I like the covered court because it reminds me, especially of Brisbane, Brisbane International at the start of the year. So it feels like great conditions out there, I've been enjoying myself, the crowd support has been insane, so, look, I just want to try and keep it going and we'll see where it takes me."
