Captains backs Rafael Nadal and the Spanish team to beat Argentina

"It's a very powerful team, very solid, with players who compete very well in Davis Cup. I think it will be balanced matches with very long rallies because they are warriors from the baseline."

Bruguera also reassessed the ties against Russia and Croatia: "The first goal is achieved, we reached the quarter-finals. I think there were very balanced ties, especially the one against Russia, with a high level and we won 2-1. Then we played more relaxed against the Croatians."

The captain also spoke about Roberto Bautista Agut leaving the team because of his father's death: "It was a very hard news. The whole team is with him and we will support him as much as possible."

Rafael Nadal played three matches so far this week defeating Borna Gojo and Karen Khachanov in singles and winning doubles match with Marcel Granollers against Ivan Dodig and Mate Pavic. Nadal also played the ATP Finals in London last week winning two matches.
