Roger Federer: "I have no plans to retire!"

After the defeat against Novak Djokovic in the Australian Open 2020 semifinal, Roger Federer reiterated once again that his retirement is not yet close, reassuring fans and crowds: "You can't know what the future holds, especially at my age. I don't know if it was my last Australian Open, but I am happy, I feel good and I am coming from an excellent period of preparation. I have no plans to retire. We will see how the season will go".

Roger Federer is expected to play at least until 2021, the season in which he will turn 40 years-old.
