Roger Federer vs. Tennys Sandgren: the match-point

Roger Federer played another great match at the Australian Open 2020. The Swiss Maestro defeated Tennys Sandgren in five amazing sets, with the final score of 6-3 2-6 2-6 7-6 (8) 6-3, recovering a set of disadvantage, in 3 hours and 28 minutes af an amazing perfromance.

Federer risked the defeat in a match that saw him under pressure in the second, third and fourth sets. The Swiss brought out a fantastic mental strength, winning the tie-break of the fourth set and ending the challenge on the fifth one.

In the semifinal of the Australian Open Roger Federer will meet the winner of the clash between Novak Djokovic and Milos Raonic.
