2020 memories: Novak Djokovic's US Open disqualification

In one of the most incredible, particular and dramatic seasons ever, the great tennis stars like Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic and Serena Williams still managed to shine, for one reason or another.

At the fourth round of the Us Open 2020 a new sensational episode shocked the tennis world. In a very special year, world number one Novak Djokovic was disqualified from the American tournament: during the match against the Spanish Carreno Busta, during the first set, the Serbian champion, nervous about having suffered the break, threw angrily the ball, and involuntarily hit a senior line judge, who then collapsed to the ground.

The woman got up, but had problems for a few minutes. Djokovic immediately realized the situation, apologized and went to check on the woman's condition. The federation after a few minutes of stop in the race decided to sanction the champion with the elimination of the tournament. It was a very bad moment for the world no.1.
