No tennis player is more enjoyable than Roger Federer, says journalist

Journalist Tom Perrotta praised Roger Federer's success and talent in tennis. Perrotta spoke highly of the 20-time Major winner who manages to compete at his highest level at 37. "No player in the history of tennis has been more enjoyable for more people than this man, and it’s safe to guess that this will never happen with such fervor for anyone else. Unlike life in Federer’s world, our own optimism, after all, has its limits. He’s the best men’s tennis player in history, one who can do everything: hit with precise feel, play with creativity, manage a match with intelligence, run with grace, and beat anyone," said Perrotta.

Journalist Pierre Ménès, speaking to Canal+ also commented on his admiration for Federer. Menes said: "There is nothing above Federer for me. Maybe it's because tennis is not my job but my passion. I feel emotional when I see Federer playing, every time. And now I watch all his matches because I know he is 37 years old and I know he may not play anymore in six months, a year. This guy has everything, class, talent, he has a human side that makes him make mistakes that others don't. When I left the hospital, he won Melbourne (Australian Open) four days after, and many people on Twitter made a comparison between my resurgence and his as he was coming off from a six-month break due to a knee injury. It made him feel close to him."

Thomas Sotto said: "My interest was born (because of) his game, his style, his tennis, this serve that we do not know where the ball ends. He seems to be playing up in the air especially when he is on grass at Wimbledon, he is smart and he has a good aspect, I started watching things and he started looking really nice."
