Week 17: Nadal, Zverev and Thiem seek revenge in Barcelona!
The clay swing becomes fiery! This week there will be three tournaments: two ATP events and one WTA event. The boys will play the Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell 2019 (ATP 500 played on the courts of Barcelona, in Spain) and the Gazprom Hungarian Open 2019 (ATP 250 played on the clay courts of Budapest, in Hungary). The girls will play the 2019 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix (Premier WTA played on the clay courts of Stuttgart).
Rafael Nadal, Dominic Thiem and Alexander Zverev seek revenge in Barcelona after the disappointment of the Monte Carlo Rolex Masters. With them, there will also be Kei Nishikori, Fabio Fognini, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Denis Shapovalov, David Goffin and Grigor Dimitrov. In Budapest, Marin Cilic leads the draw. There will also be Borna Coric, Marco Cecchinato and Bernard Tomic.
In Stuttgart, the stars will be Naomi Osaka (seed No. 1), Simona Halep, Petra Kvitova, Angelique Kerber, Garbine Muguruza, Belinda Bencic, Karolina Pliskova, Jelena Ostapenko, Victoria Azarenka and Kiki Bertens.
There will also be four ATP Challengers: Francavilla (Italy, on clay courts), Leon (Mexico, on hard courts), Nanchang (China, on indoor clay courts) and Tallahassee (the USA, on clay courts).
