Billie Jean King speaks very highly of Felix Auger-Aliassime
Tennis legend Billie Jean King has had some big words of praise for rising Canadian star Felix Auger-Aliassime .
The 18-year-old has been one of the most impressive young players this year.
The Canadian hasn't yet won a title but he ended runner-up in Rio de Janeiro, Lyon and Stuttgart.
Also, he made his maiden Masters 1000 semifinal as a qualifier in Miami and reached his first semifinal at the Queen's Club last week.
Auger-Aliassime, who started the year ranked at No. 108 in the world, is now on the brink of entering the top-20 as he is enjoying a career-high ranking of No. 21.
"I've watched Felix quite a bit lately. He is really good at focussing for his age. For his age, it's beyond. I'm really impressed with him," King said, per John Horn.
Meanwhile, Auger-Aliassime is preparing for his maiden campaign at The All England Club.
The 18-year-old is playing his first grass season as he decided to skip the whole 2018 grass season.
The Canadian impressed in his first two grass tournaments as he will now certainly be aiming to make a good result at Wimbledon.
