Daria Gavrilova: I think I pushed myself today and I tried my best

Australian Daria Gavrilova is a fighter and she is not giving up on the 2019 season just yet. Gavrilova is looking to book a spot in the Fed Cup team following another set back, this time at the US Open as she keeps her recovery from injury going.

Australia take on France in the Fed Cup final in Perth in November and Gavrilova hopes that she could be by Ashleigh Barty and Samantha Stosur’s side to lead her country to its first Fed Cup title in in 45 years.
