Klaasen and Venus became the third team to qualify for the ATP Finals event after Marcus Daniell and Philipp Oswald beat Henri Kontinen and John Peers in the Vienna quarterfinal.

Klaasen, 37, and 32-year-old Venus are set to compete together at the prestigious season-ending event for the second consecutive year.

Klaasen and Venus, who have won two titles together this season, will be hoping to perform better at The O2 Arena in their second team appearance.

The Nitto ATP Finals event will take place from November 10-18.
