Boris Becker opens up on his 2019
Boris Becker briefly spoke about his 2019. The six-time Major winner dealt with many debts, he split with his wife Lilly and he has three sons to deal with. Becker said: "It was another exciting year, I learned a lot, there were some highlights, some downs. I went beyond. Next year there will still be many challenges. There are many things to do. I just wish a bit of time, rest, no people around me."
Meanwhile, the young promising player Stefan Kozlov spoke about his triumph at the Delray Beach Tennis Centre. He said: "I had a couple of small injuries, lost confidence. I'm trying to get back to where I was and go further. This is a good opportunity to play in the Delray Beach Open. That's how sports are — sometimes you get a little sidetracked and it's tough to come back. It's good to win (the Survivor) and get into the tournament, but it's a whole different level there. Hopefully, I can win a couple of matches at the (Delray Open qualifier)."
On his opponent's behavior, Kozlov added: "I've played a lot of tennis, and I don't think I've ever experienced something like that. It was very awkward, very rude (of Renard). I don't really want to talk about it. Just congratulate him on a good tournament."
