Simona Halep and boyfriend party in Bucharest on New Year’s Eve
Simona Halep and her rumored future husband, Toni Iuruc, spent the night between the years at a luxury restaurant from Bucharest, Romania’s capital, thus also marking the end of the holiday season.
Halep made public the first selfie with her boyfriend and wished everyone a happy new year while she was celebrating the change of years at the Uanderful restaurant in Bucharest.
The picture was posted on her Instagram account and is one of the many pictures featuring Toni Iuruc released in the last month. It looks like Simona is finally ready to share more of her private life with her fans.
A week before we crossed the bridge and entered 2020, Simona Halep posted a picture of her and Toni hugging each other. And yes, you’re right, that happened on Christmas Day.

“I wish you a Merry Christmas next to your loved ones”, Halep noted alongside the Insta pic.
Rolling even further back, Simona was next to Toni during her Dubai pre-season training, according to another Instagram photo, in which her whole team was present as well.
Toni Iuruc is a 40 years old successful businessman who is of the same origins as Simona Halep. The two have been rumoured to have been engaged, but Simona denied all the suppositions.
“Contrary to reports in the Romanian media, I wanted to confirm that I am neither engaged, nor is the wedding date set.”, Halep reacted.
