Siya Kolisi gives Roger Federer Springbok jersey

Swiss tennis superstar Roger Federer revealed he got "quite emotional" after South Africa won the Rugby World Cup last year. 

Federer, a record 20-time Grand Slam champion, was in South Africa for a few days this week for a charity match. 

Just before The Match in Africa, the 38-year-old met South African rugby team captain Siya Kolisi -- who presented him a Springbok jersey. 

"The Springboks’ World Cup win was a big deal. I ended up watching the game while having a haircut. And watched the trophy ceremony on a sidewalk in Switzerland. I got quite emotional," Federer said, per SAPeople.

Federer and Rafael Nadal delighted just under 52,000 fans on Friday night in Cape Town. 

World No. 3 Federer ended up beating his old rival Nadal 6-4 3-6 6-3 in a charity match organized by the Roger Federer Foundation. 

The match raised $3.5 million and broke the record for the largest tennis crowd ever.
