Damir Dzumhur: We are not favorites but we will leave it all on court
Top-ranked Bosnian Damir Dzumhur has given a slight advantage to South Africa ahead of their Davis Cup tie but insists the Bosnian players will leave it all on the court.
Bosnia and Herzegovina and South Africa are set to meet in a Davis Cup World Group I tie as the Bosnians will host the South African team in Arena Zenica on an indoor-hard surface.
2018 Sofia champion Mirza Basic, Nerman Fatic and Tomislav Brkic were also nominated for the tie by Bosnian Davis Cup Team Captain Zoran Zrnic.
Meanwhile, South-African Davis Cup Team Captain Marcos Ondruska selected rising star Lloyd Harris, Ruan Roelofse, Khololwam Montsi and doubles star Raven Klaasen.
"We are all extremely happy with the surface, we have great conditions. We have been here now for a couple of days, training." Dzumhur said, via SportSport. "We are all healthy and that's the most important thing. We are all giving 100 percent for the team. I can guarantee that each one of us is going to give it all and that we will try to play our best.
"Ranking-wise they are slight favorites so I wouldn't call us the favorites. Maybe it's easier (to play) that way. I hope that we will get the win with the help of our fans. Every match in the Davis Cup is really important to us."
