Barbara Schett speaks on interviewing Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer

Eurosport presenter Barbara Schett says she absolutely enjoys doing interviews with world No. 1 Novak Djokovic and record 20-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer.

During Grand Slam events, Eurosport runs a special show -- Game, Schett & Mats -- which is hosted by Schett and former world No. 1 Mats Wilander.

Throughout the whole two weeks, Schett and Wilander host some of the biggest names of the game in their studio.

After claiming wins and progressing into the next round, top players from the ATP and WTA Tour stop by the Eurosport studio to discuss their performance and talk about the upcoming matches.

"Personally, I like to talk to Roger and Novak because they have to do so many interviews and therefore challenge you in terms of questions. Still, they give you so much. Their answers have a sense of humor and always a little something extra, which I find amazing," Schett told Eurosport Deutschland.

Both Djokovic and Federer made deep runs at the opening Grand Slam of the season in Melbourne.

Federer, 38, survived a thriller Australian Open quarterfinal as he saved seven match points against Tennys Sandgren to set up a Djokovic semifinal.

But Federer stood no chance against Djokovic in the semifinal as he suffered a straight-set loss after being hampered by a groin issue.

Djokovic, 32, ended up winning a record eighth Australian Open title after beating world No. 3 Dominic Thiem in the final.

Djokovic was down two sets to one but still found a way to make a comeback and prevent the Austrian from winning his maiden Grand Slam title.
