Nick Kyrgios opens up on some of his past struggles
World No. 40 Nick Kyrgios said he went through a lot before becoming the person he is today.
On Friday, the Australian tennis star opened up in an Instagram post and admitted to dealing with depression in the past.
But the dark days are behind Kyrgios as the six-time ATP champion is happy with who he has become.
"This version of me wasn’t built overnight. This is experience. This is pain. This is insecurities. This is abuse. This is depression. I had to go through things to get to the level I’m at now," Kyrgios said in an Instagram post.

Meanwhile, the Tour has been suspended until at least July 13 due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Recently, Kyrgios offered to buy and deliver food to those people who were struggling to put food on the table during the coronavirus pandemic lockdown.
"Please don't go to sleep with an empty stomach," Kyrgios posted on Instagram. "Don't be afraid or embarrassed to send me a private message. I will be more than happy to share whatever I have. "Even just for a box of noodles, a loaf of bread or milk."
"I will drop it off at your doorstep, no questions asked!"
A day later, the Australian started fulfilling his promise and delivering food to those most affected by the coronavirus in his hometown Canberra.
