Stan Wawrinka prizes greatness of Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer
Swiss Stan Wawrinka has dropped a major praise on Spaniard Rafael Nadal and Swiss Roger Federer during his Instagram Live session with Benoit Paire.
Nadal, who is considered by far the greatest clay courter ever, has won a record 12 French Open titles.
Wawrinka, the 2016 French Open champion, stood no chance against Nadal in the final at Roland Garros a year later as the Spaniard demolished the Swiss 6-2 6-3 6-1.
On the other side, 38-year-old Federer is a record eight-time champion at Wimbledon.
Wawrinka on the biggest challenge out of prime versions of Fed on grass, Rafa on clay, Novak on hard: “Rafa on clay. You won’t beat prime Fed on grass, but you’ll have a chance, you’ll lose maybe 6-4, but not 6-2 like against Rafa in the (‘17) RG final. He destroyed me that day” pic.twitter.com/4iYIfcrr18

During his Instagram Live, Wawrinka also revealed that Indian Wells and Monte Carlo are his favorite Masters events.
The Swiss claimed his maiden Masters title in Monte Carlo six years ago, before he ended runner-up in Indian Wells three years later.
Meanwhile, French tennis star Paire is a big fan of the Madrid Masters.
Wawrinka and Paire talking about their favorite Masters 1000 events on IG Live: Stan: I like Monte-Carlo, Indian Wells too... You? Benoit: I like Madrid, they have great jamon. Oh, and I like Rome's mozzarella as well.

Paire tried to talk Wawrinka into growing his hair but the Swiss didn't appear to be too much interested in it.
Paire: You should let your hair grow Wawrinka: Problem is, when I play it falls on my face and I end up w/ the ‘Polish haircut’ *mimics it* P: Then just wear a headband W: Like Grigor? But he wears one for other reasons P: What reasons? W (jokingly): To hide his hair loss 💀 pic.twitter.com/R6xagIoqym
