Fognini chooses between Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic

No other players has had an impact on tennis similar to that of Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic.

The Big Three are the top three players of all-time in terms of Grand Slam titles won, as well as the top three players in terms of Major finals reached. Federer has reached 31 finals, Nadal 27, and Djokovic 26. They are the only three male players in history to win eight or more singles tititles at the same Grand Slam: Nadal with 12 French Open titles, Federer with eight Wimbledon titles, and Djokovic with eight Australian Open titles.

The first match between two players of the Big Three occurred in March 2004 at the Miami Masters, where Nadal defeated Federer. Federer and Djokovic first met in April 2006 at the Monte Carlo Masters. Nadal and Djokovic first faced each other a month later at the 2006 French Open.

Speaking in an interview with Italian publication La Gazzetta dello Sport, Fabio Fognini was asked about Djokovic and explained why he feels the Serbian will finish with the most majors. "Djokovic and I have known each other since we were 14, and it was already clear that he would do great things. He already had an iron character" - he said.

We speak often. I believe he will be able to overcome Roger Federer's 20 Slam. Among the Big 3 he is the one who can overcome most of all, for the head, the body, the hunger he has. But if you ask me who is the best to watch playing I have to say Federer" - Fognini concluded.
