Karen Khachanov, Andrey Rublev e WTA players to play at tournament in Khimki
Russian tennis stars Karen Khachanov and Andrey Rublev have signed up to play at the tournament in Khimki, Moscow region, in June.
Khachanov and Rublev are two of the three top-ranked Russian male tennis players and signing them up for the tournament is a big success for the tournament organizers.
Khachanov, ranked at No. 15 in the world, is the third highest-ranked Russian male tennis player.
Khachanov, the 2018 Paris Masters champion, was a member of the Russian ATP Cup team that made the semifinal at the inaugural event earlier this year.

After the ATP Cup, Khachanov made the third round at the Australian Open and made the Dubai quarterfinal in his last tournament played.
On the other side, Rublev made an outstanding start to the season as he captured back-to-back titles in Doha and Adelaide.
In his next three tournaments played, the 22-year-old made the round-of-16 at Melbourne Park and back-to-back quarterfinals in Rotterdam and Dubai.
World No. 115 Donskoy is also expected to appear at the tournament in Khimki.
Karen Khachanov and Andrey Rublev won't be the lone stars in KhimkiWTA players will also feature at the tournament in Khimki as world No. 30 Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova, 40th-ranked Veronika Kudermetova, two-time Grand Slam champion Svetlana Kuznetsova and world No. 108 Vitalia Diatchenko have commited to play.
