Wimbledon's video on Tim Henman and the hopes of a nation

As part of Wimbledon's efforts to keep engaged with fans during the current shutdown, the Wimbledon team has created a feature on British tennis star Tim Henman's performances at his home Grand Slam event.

Henman was the first male player from the United Kingdom since Roger Taylor in the 1970s to reach the semi-finals of the Wimbledon Men's Singles Championship.

Henman reached the semi-finals at Wimbledon on four occasions - in 1998, 1999, 2001, 2002.  Between 1996 and 2004, Henman reached the second week of The Championships every year - losing in the fourth round once, the quarter-finals on four occasions and the semi-finals on four occasions.
