Sergiy Stakhovsky raises some pertinent questions about the new players union

Tennis - While many players have given their views on the new players union that has been set up by World No. 1 Novak Djokovic and Vasek Pospisil, Ukraine's Sergiy Stakhovsky, who is playing an ATP Challenger in Europe currently and is not part of the US Open bubble, posted a video on social media to raise some of his concerns around the new union.

The 5 minute plus long video sees Stakhovsky, who has been a member of the ATP Player Council in the past, raise some important concerns as to why only a few select players were informed about the new union and given a chance to vote (the Ukrainian says he was not given any information or communication about the new union) and also what the proposed roadmap and consequences would be for players who do sign up for the union.

Sergiy Stakhovsky has been ranked as high as No. 31 in the world and is currently No. 168 in the rankings.
