At the Rolex Paris Masters in Paris-Bercy, Ugo Humbert defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas with a score of 7-6 (4) 6-7 (8) 7-6 (3). Matteo Berrettini's race towards the ATP Finals is over. The Italian was defeated 7-6 (3) 6-7 (0) 7-5 by the American Marcos Giron, number 91 in the world and coming from the qualifiers.

Lorenzo Sonego defeated Alexander Bublik in straight sets, while Stan Wawrinka defeated Daniel Evans for 6-3 7-6 (3). Victories also for Richard Gasquet and Milos Raonic, while Kevin Anderson took advantage of Laslo Djere's retirement. Marin Cilic also took advantage of a retreat, that of Frenchman Corentin Moutet, positive for COVID-19.
