Novak Djokovic is the most complete player of all times, says tennis coach

In a Facebook post, the former player and current coach Laura Golarsa praised Novak Djokovic's success over Rafael Nadal in the Australian Open final.

Golarsa wrote: 'I would have not been sad to see Rafa winning a Grand Slam again, he would have deserved to win the trophy after going through so many injuries. But Nole is the most complete player ever and he showed it once again. His level and his first serve percentage got higher. He covers the court better than others on all levels, he doesn't even waste too much physical energy using his legs in an amazing way. His clear technique and his timing on the ball makes him dominate even against Nadal's lifted backhand that makes all the other opponents struggle. But most of all Nole plays well on the backhand and forehand with the same easiness, removing space and time and not allowing a player like Nadal to dictate the rallies. He made easier what's not easy, and he is the only one who does it. He is also unbelievably clear in the key moments. His game is less stylish and amazing than Federer's and he has less charisma than Rafa but he is definitely the most complete player of all time. His only problem is the motivation: like all the perfectionists if the fire lacks he can become vulnerable like last year but he can definitely become the greatest ever.'

Djokovic is taking a rest, he will not play any tournament in February and he will be back competing at the Indian Wells BNP Paribas Open. The Serb lost one match so far this year, in Doha against Roberto Bautista Agut.
