Jaume Munar can learn and grow staying with Rafael Nadal, says coach

In an interview as quoted by La Tercera, Tomeu Salva commented about Rafael Nadal's influence on Jaume Munar. The 21-year-old trains at the Spanish player's academy and he is making huge progress having cracked the top 60 rankings this week. What's very good is that Jaume can co-live there with Rafa, he can share time with him, learn, grow, train and listen to pieces of advice from Nadal", said Salva, Munar's coach.

Another young player who trains at the Nadal Academy is the Norwegian Casper Ruud. His father Christian, in an interview to NTB, spoke about the importance of getting in the Grand Slams main draw as soon as possible: "It would mean a lot because that's where Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and the greats are, so it's a goal. Casper is not good enough to beat the top 20 and top 10 players yet, but he is young and he still has to train a lot in order to improve. He needs to make little steps because now he has a pretty high level. He needs to work to always make new steps."
