Jim Courier picks Novak Djokovic to win second French Open title
Former world No. 1 Jim Courier has picked Serbia's Novak Djokovic to win this year's French Open.
Djokovic, 32, suffered a quarter-final exit at the Monte Carlo Masters before he won it all at the Madrid Masters and finished runner-up at the Rome Masters.
On the other side, Rafael Nadal hasn't been convincing and dominant this clay season like it was the case in the past two years.
The Spaniard picked up three consecutive semi-final exits, before making it all the way in Rome to avoid entering the French Open without a title.
Djokovic's goal of winning a French Open title was accomplished in 2016 when he beat former world No. 1 Andy Murray in the final to finally complete a Career Grand Slam title.
The Serb is targeting to complete a Calendar Grand Slam as he has won the last three Major events.
On the other side, Nadal is a record 11-time French Open champion as he is targeting to win his third consecutive title on the clay of Roland Garros.
The Spaniard's 2016 French Open campaign -- the year when Djokovic won the title -- ended with a disappointing third round withdrawal caused by an injury.
