Seeing a Roger Federer vs Nadal Wimbledon match is not impossible - Cash

In an interview to AGI, the 1987 Wimbledon winner Pat Cash commented on Rafael Nadal's four-set win over Dominic Thiem in the French Open final. The Australian said: "For two sets Thiem played well, showing to have made some big improvements on the backhand side, tactics and deserving to be the No. 2 clay-courter. Rafa played in an unbelievable way, not missing any ball and hitting amazing passing shots, fighting like crazy on every point like if it was the last. What can Nadal achieve outside clay? "His body definitely gets affected on hard, the indoor is the surface where won less while grass... Last year he lost to Novak Djokovic in a very close match, he showed to feel comfortable there. I would like to see another clash between Federer and Nadal at Wimbledon. It's not impossible."

Cash also gave his views on the incident involving Serena Williams and Dominic Thiem: "That seemed very disrespectful to me: we are not speaking of a junior player, but the last year's defending finalist who had just reached the quarter-finals, so he was still in the tournament while she had lost. She should only have waited for some more minutes."
