Djokovic, Federer and Nadal level is unreachable for others - Ferrero

The former world No. 1 Juan Carlos Ferrero praised Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic for the great Wimbledon final they played in on Sunday. The Spaniard, in an interview to LD, said: "They once again gave a lesson of why they have been at the top for so many years. They are able to play for a long time at a very high level and if on Sunday they could go beyond 12-all in the fifth set, they would have definitely continued in the same way. Along with Rafa they have an unreachable level for the others, both mentally and physically."

Alex Corretja added: "In my opinion the final was something we could expect since the beginning of the tournament. I think that both Novak and Roger were a bit more favorites for the title than Rafa. I said that in an interview and I gave some percentage, 35 for Djokovic and Federer and 30 for Nadal. The rhythm they played at was amazing and very difficult to keep for many hours. People can say Federer won more points, but that doesn't matter. The details in the tie-breaks or the unforced errors in the key points of the match make a difference."

Ferrero concluded: "If Novak is at his best, he is a player who can hurt the two guys on any surface. In the French Open, for example, Federer cannot hurt a lot Nadal while Djokovic can. That's why I think he has more chances. Physically Nole is not a normal player. He is fast, explosive, fit, his serve is very difficult to read and, most of all he is the best returner in the world."
