Rafael Nadal: I don't know Nick Kyrgios personally to have opinion of him

World No. 1 Rafael Nadal didn't want to create any drama or tension ahead of his Nick Kyrgios clash as he played it cool when asked about the Australian during his second round press conference.

Nadal, seeded at No. 1, and No. 23 seed Kyrgios have a history and now they are set to face against each other in the Australian Open round-of-16.

Kyrgios has proved capable of competing and beating Nadal as he has three wins and four losses in seven matches played against the Spaniard.

"I don't know. Honestly, I don't know him personally to have a clear opinion," Nadal told reporters after beating Carreno Busta.

Nadal says Kyrgios makes the Tour better when he is completely focused on his game but it's not good when he does some negative stuff. 

"The players who make the Tour bigger are important to the Tour and when he is ready to play his best tennis and play with passion he is one of those guys. When he is doing the other stuff of course I don't like him," Nadal said.
