Roger Federer shoots new project in New York. Filmmaker: “The nicest dude I’ve met”
Being out of the tour, Roger Federer made the time to fly to New York and get himself involved in a new project directed by Stefan Hunt, a former Nike collaborator. The topic of the subject hasn’t been revealed yet by the filmmaker.
“Teaching Roger Federer how to eat and order bagels without making a fool of yourself. New project coming out soon. Also yes he is the nicest dude I’ve met.” wrote Hunt on Instagram alongside some funny pics from the ‘backstage’ of the project.
However, Stefan is a veteran of filmmaking as “he has gone on to collaborate with the biggest global brands, directing multi award winning documentaries, commercials, music videos and TV series.”, according to his biography.
Shuffling through his work, we could see that he has collaborated with Elina Svitolina, Caroline Garcia, Madison Keys and Simona Halep in a Nike commercial called ‘Dream Crazier’. Stefan has also produced video pieces for companies like RayBan and Google.
One of Hunt's greatest project is called 'We're All Going to Die'. "Collaborating with international artists across film, photography, visual art, psychology, print and performance the project uses art, humour and death to spark life-changing conversations" is the project's official description.
Adding Roger Federer to his portfolio will be a big plus for the talented director and both seem to be having fun while filming the project, so the only thing for us to do now is to wait and see what will be the result.
