Andy Murray discloses career’s best hug. It’s not Roger Federer, Nadal, or Djokovic
Andy Murray revealed who gave him the best hug at the end of a match in his entire career and, surprisingly or not, it was neither one of the Big Three: Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, or Novak Djokovic. Instead, the Tower of Tandil, Juan Martin Del Potro, earned the honor of being the best hugger in the Briton’s illustrious career.
Murray uncovered this aspect after he saw a social media post portraying the net-meeting between him and Del Potro at the end of the 2016 Rio Olympics Final. At that time, we all know that Andy Murray won the second gold medal of his life.

After seeing the photograph, Murray reshared the post on his Instagram Story, commenting: “This was by far the best hug I’ve had at the end of a match in my entire career.”
