American Madison Brengle shares unique celebration after winning at the US Open
One of the highlights from the early rounds at the US Open came on Wednesday when 30 year-old American Madison Brengle pulled off an upset win over the No. 13 seed Dayana Yastremska in straight sets, 6-2, 6-3.
It was a good win for Brengle, who is through to the third round at Flushiing Meadows and equals her best performance at the US Open so far.
While the American caught the attention of tennis fans with her performance, her manner of celebration did not go unnoticed either.
After completing her on-court interview, she was handed a small bottle of red wine from her close friend Arina Rodionova, and proceeded to enjoy her drink in the stands itself.
Here is a look at the video.
