ATP Doubles: Simone Bolelli, Maximo Gonzalez conquer Parma

Italian Simone Bolelli and Argentine Maximo Gonzalez have made it all the way in Parma after beating Oliver Marach and Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi in the doubles final. 

Bolelli and Gonzalez, who were unseeded in Parma, handed a 6-3 6-3 loss to Marach and Qureshi in the final. 

Bolelli and Gonzalez failed to convert any of their two break points in the first game but claimed the first break of the match in the fifth game to take a 3-2 lead. 

Bolelli and Gonzalez then claimed their second break in the ninth game to close out the opener. 

Marach and Qureshi saved a break point in the second game but couldn't do the same in the sixth game as Bolelli and Gonzalez claimed the key break. 

Bolelli and Gonzalez routinely served out for the match in the ninth game. 

Bolelli and Gonzalez continue their good season. 

Bolelli and Gonzalez have now won two titles this season as in March they won it all in Santiago. 

Elsewhere, Jonathan Erlich and Andrei Vasilevski beat Andre Goransson and Rafael Matos 6-4 6-1 in the Belgrade doubles final. 

Goransson and Matos led 4-2 after the opening six games but then dropped their serve in back-to-back as Erlich and Vasilevski won four games in a row to steal the opener. 

After blowing a lead in the first set, Goransson and Matos' game fell apart as Erlich and Vasilevski claimed two breaks and lost no service games to easily win the second set and book a straight-set win. 

Now, it's all set for the Belgrade singles final between home favorite Novak Djokovic and qualifier Alex Molcan. 

After beating Andrej Martin in the Belgrade semifina, Djokovic said: "“I’m super excited to play in front of a Serbian crowd. This is my home town. I’m always excited, but also nervous, coming out on the court and playing in front of my home crowd. It’s a very unique feeling. You feel a lot of pressure and expectations. But I’m just happy to fight for a trophy tomorrow."

Djokovic was the top favorite to win the first edition of the Serbia Open but he fell short in his attempt as he lost to Aslan Karatsev in the semifinal.
