Dominika Cibulkova to Write Her Memoir

Tennis - 29-year-old Slovakian tennis player Dominika Cibulkova has announced that she is in the process of writing her memoir, along side her friend Andrea Coddington. The former World No. 4 said she has no plans to retire just yet and instead is excited to be working on her new book.

Cibulkova has won 8 WTA singles titles in her career and reached the final of the Australian Open in 2014, losing to China's Li Na. She also announced recently that she will play a part in the movie that is being made on Li Na's life. No release date has been announced just yet for the book. She has said that she will include all aspects of her life - including her love life, her family, her friends, and her tennis career.

Cibulkova had an average season in 2018, winning 28 of 47 matches in the year. But that was still good enough to win the Slovak Athlete of the Year award for the eighth time in a row. She reached 2 WTA finals this year - in Budapest and Strasbourg and also reached the quarter-finals at Wimbledon this season.
