On Friday at the Australian Open Andy Murray said: 'in the middle to end of December during my training block, I spoke to my team and I told them that I can't keep doing this, that I needed to have, like, an end point because sort of playing with no idea when this, the pain, was going to stop... I felt like making that decision, you know, I said to my team, Look, I think I can get through this till Wimbledon. That is where I'd like to -- that that's where I would like to stop, stop playing. But I'm also not certain I'm able to do that.'
