Greg Rusedski: It'll be interesting battle for British male year-end No. 1

Former British tennis star Greg Rusedski thinks it will be an interesting battle for the year-end British male No. 1 spot as he tips three Britons to finish this season ranked inside the top-50 or higher.
Going to be a very interesting year for British No.1 in the men’s game. @cam_norrie now in semi Acapulco, finals Auckland, top 50, Dan Evans final Delray and playing well, and @kyle8edmund back from a knee injury. 3 Brits by end of year top 50 or higher 😄👏🏻

Kyle Edmund, 24, is currently the top-ranked British male tennis player as he is ranked at No. 27 in the world.
2018 Australian Open semi-finalist Edmund started this season enjoying his career-high ranking of No. 14 in the world but dropped a large number of points after losing in the first round at Melbourne Park.
Cameron Norrie, 23, appears to be set for a breakthrough season as, after reaching his maiden ATP final at the ASB Classic in Auckland in January, he is bidding to reach his second final of the year at this week's Abierto Mexicano Telcel in Acapulco.
The 23-year-old, ranked at No. 64 in the world, is set to break into top-50 for the first time in his career when the rankings list gets updated on Monday.
Meanwhile, Dan Evans is also on the verge of re-entering the top-100 as he rose to No. 105 after ending runner-up at last week's Delray Beach Open.
Evans achieved his career-high ranking of No. 41 in March 2017 -- shortly before he tested positive for cocaine and received a one-year ban.
