Roger Federer is the king, I would like to face him - Londero

In an interview to Punto de Break the Argentinean player Juan Ignacio Londero was asked who he would like to face among the professional players. "For me Roger Federer is the king of tennis. If I had to put a crown, I would put it on him. I would like to face him", said Londero.

On potentially facing Rafael Nadal, Londero added: "There are many things that should happen. I try to go match by match because as a kid seeing the draws made me have a headache because I thought that I would reach the final and instead I lost in the first round, I was depressed and very sad."

"I was not with the mind where I should have to. I did not do the things you should do to be professional. For that you have to train well, eat well, train physically well, not hanging out at night... Million of things that seem little but if you put everything together, then you note everything on court."

"I struggled with a lot with eating. It's a struggle all days. If I weigh 100gm. less I take a water bottle before going to sleep so that I having my correct weight. I should have 73kg according to what my nutritionist told me and I am at 70,500..."

"There is a lot of difference in the Futures compared to the Challengers. In the Futures you always play with the same balls, you play with the same ones. In Challengers you have players who compete very well and who switch to the big tournaments. I would say there is more difference between Futures and Challengers than Challenger to ATP. In the Futures you do not have anything. We thank that they give you balls to play."

In the French Open, obviously it's very different: "Here there are three or four clubs where there is the gym. Courts are all the same. I played in the other Grand Slams, obviously in the qualies, which is another thing, but this is the tournament I like."
