In a press conference Stefanos Tsitsipas said: "Nick Kyrgios is known for playing pretty good doubles and I thought playing before singles would help me get used to conditions faster. We both have aggressive mindsets on the court and we like to be in control of the points. We’re both tall guys, good serves. I guess character-wise (there are) differences but I think we share lots of things in common so that’s why I decided to play with him”.
