Guido Pella delays Gstaad return as he pulls out of event

Argentina's Guido Pella needs more time to recover from his grass campaign as he has also withdrawn from Gstaad.
Pella made his first Grand Slam quarterfinal at Wimbledon before losing to Spain's Roberto Bautista Agut.
The 29-year-old was expected to make his second appearance on the clay courts of Gstaad this year.
The Argentine didn't impress in his Gstaad debut three years ago as he picked up a shock first round loss to Russian Konstantin Kravchuk.
Previously, world No. 24 Pella pulled out of this week's Umag.
The 29-year-old fell just short of winning it all in Umag last year as he ended runner-up in the final to Italian Marco Cecchinato.
Following the withdrawal of Pella, a place in the Gstaad main draw has opened for world No. 92 Thomas Fabbiano.
The 30-year-old is set for a Gstaad debut as he has no previous appearances at the tournament.
The Italian is set to play back-to-back clay events after the grass season as he is playing this week in Umag.
The Gstaad event is set to be held from July 22-28.
