Wolfgang Thiem to travel with Dominic Thiem to more tournaments in future

Wolfgang Thiem is planning to travel to more tournaments with his son Dominic Thiem in the future as he is also no longer working with Gunter Bresnik, as revealed by De Nela/Twitter. 

Thiem Sr., who is the main coach of Dennis Novak and Sebastian Ofner, will join former world No. 9 Nicolas Massu in Thiem's coaching staff when he travels to his son's tournaments. 

After a rough start to the season, world No. 5 Thiem decided it was time to change some things as he added Chilean Davis Cup Team Captain Nicolas Massu to his coaching staff in February. 

The collaboration between Thiem and Massu was an instant success as the 26-year-old Austrian claimed his maiden Masters 1000 title in March after stunning world No. 3 Roger Federer in the Indian Wells final. 

Bresnik, who was Thiem's long-time coach, didn't travel with the Austrian to tournaments as often as before and the rumors began to circle that the relationship between the two was damaged. 

As expected, the long-time partnership between the two soon came to an end and it didn't look the two split on good terms.
