Novak Djokovic knew Sharapova's retirement and applauds her!

"I just heard about Maria Sharapova's retirement news and I would like to give hera  general applause for everything she has done in her career. It is truly inspiring to see her mentality as a champion. I am sorry to see her career end with an injury, but her career was fantastic and Maria must be proud of it!"

these were the words of Novak Djokovic, after hearing the news of the retirement of his colleague and friend. Djokovic involved the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships crowd to applaud Maria Sharapova.
