Sabine Lisicki Launches Her Own YouTube Channel to Share Workout Videos
Former Wimbledon finalist Sabine Lisicki has launched her own YouTube channel where she will provide weekly workout videos for people to virtually train alongside her during the current tennis shutdown.
Lisicki is best known for reaching the finals of the Wimbledon Grand Slam event in 2013 where she lost to Frenchwoman Marion Bartoli.
The former World No. 12 launched the Sabine Lisicki YouTube channel last week, where she will share workout videos on a weekly basis to help people exercise during the current lockdown.
Lisicki commented, "I want to motivate people to stay active, even during this tough period where gyms are closed. I was thinking how I could give something back and started making workout videos."
The German has been sharing these videos in recent weeks on her Instagram account but after receiving positive feedback on the same, she decided to launch her own channel.
Lisicki's best results on the tour have come at Wimbledon where she has a 27-9 record, reaching the quarter-finals or better there five times in her career.
She has won 4 WTA singles titles in her career so following her workout videos is surely a good way to get fit and active during the current lockdown.
