Diego Schwartzman: If I could, Roger Federer's serve is one shot I'd to my game

Argentine tennis star Diego Schwartzman has revealed that if he could choose one shot from another player and add it to his game that would be the serve of world No. 4 Roger Federer.

Federer, a record 20-time Grand Slam champion, rarely gets mentioned when someone is talking about the best servers on the Tour as the Swiss' name usually pops up when talking about the best volleyers on the circuit.

Federer, a record eight-time Wimbledon champion, is one of the most complete players who have ever played the game but his forehand and backhand shot also stood out.

Schwartzman, ranked at No. 13 in the world, has won three ATP titles over the course of his career and he believes he would have been a much better player if he had Federer's serve.

"Federer's serve. It's not the fastest, but it's perfect. With that serve, he can do what he wants with the second shot and with my baseline game that would be cool," Schwartzman said.

Diego Schwartzman has never had success against Federer

Schwartzman, 27, and 38-year-old Federer have played against each other four times over the course of their respective careers.

Schwartzman, a former world No. 11, has always had tough time playing against Federer as the Swiss former world No. 1 has won each of their past four clashes.

On only one occasion, Schwartzman managed to win a set against Federer -- that was in Istanbul five years ago -- when Federer recovered from a set down to beat the Argentine.

It remains to be seen if Diego Schwartzman will get another chance to play against Federer.
