Novak Djokovic’s “new strategy”
Novak Djokovic is the reigning Australian Open champion and he has won three of the past four Grand Slams, so it’s no surprise he is always working on new techniques to help him stay at the top of his game. Now the current World No. 1 has a new strategy… and we’re not so sure about this one.

"Working on new ‘up side down’ strategy with Mihailo. Making sure he gets it before I leave to California,” Djokovic captioned a recent Instagram post.
Mihailo is one of the junior players at the Novak Tennis Centre in Serbia. He also posted the new strategy to his Instagram account, thanking Djokovic for spending time with him.
“My idol, my inspiration. You motivate me to be the best version of myself. Thank you so much for amazing time spent with you. Wish you all the best in Indian Wells and Miami. Until we meet again.”
It’s no surprise how Djokovic has acquired the nickname “The Djoker.”
Djokovic is scheduled to return to action at Indian Wells next week, where he is a five-time champion. Last year he was hampered by injury and suffered a first round loss to Taro Daniel in the opening round.
