Benoit Paire was in a good mood in Montreal on Monday in the Rogers Cup. The French player lost to his compatriot Richard Gasquet in straight sets, 7-6 6-4, which was a bit surprising as Paire had a good week in Washington defeating the local hero John Isner before losing to the world No. 6 Stefanos Tsitsipas in the quarter-finals. During the match against the Greek, Paire had done something controversial too.
