Injury forces Matteo Berrettini to withdraw from UTR Pro Match Series
World No. 8 Matteo Berrettini has withdrawn from the coming UTR Pro Match Series due to an injury and he will be replaced by rising Polish star Hubert Hurkacz.
Berrettini, a 2019 US Open semifinalist, appeared this year only at the Australian Open, where he was beaten in the second round by Tennys Sandgren.
Berrettini is out of this weekend's UTR Pro Series due to a sprained ankle. In comes Hurkacz. As per organizers.

As the countries around the world are starting to ease coronavirus safety measures, players are returning to practice facilities and exhibition events are starting to take place.
The UTR Pro Match Series will be a three-day event in West Palm Beach, which will include prize money and players will be required to follow the safety measures as there will no handshake.
The UTR Pro Match Series player field now features 2020 Auckland champion Hurkacz and local American players Sandgren, Reilly Opelka and Tommy Paul.
Universal Tennis Chairman & CEO Mark Leschly hopes the event broadcasted on Tennis Channel will provide a good entertainment -- all while not putting anyone's health in danger.
The world has changed and we must adapt and innovate,” Leschly said, per Tennis.com. “Local, individual and small group play will be the new normal for the foreseeable future. The UTR Pro Match Series showcases how tennis can be played locally, safely and have results count toward the UTR global rating."
