Cameron Norrie reacts to demolishing Taylor Fritz in Los Cabos semifinal

No. 1 seed Cameron Norrie delivered a big performance on Friday in Los Cabos to make his fourth ATP final of the season.

Norrie, ranked at No. 30 in the world, demolished Taylor Fritz 6-3 6-1 in the Los Cabos semifinal.

"It's obviously very nice to be through to my fourth final [of the season]. I think it would be nice to go one step further, but I'm happy with the level I'm playing. I'm happy with the way I've approached the week, especially the first week on the hard courts," Norrie said. "I'm really happy to be through to another final, especially here in Mexico. I love competing here, I love playing close to the beach. I enjoy my time here, so it's cool to do that in front of the Mexican fans.

"I know how much they love the tennis, so it means a lot to me. Hopefully I can bring my level for one more tomorrow and let's see how it goes, but looking forward to it."

Norrie aims his maiden ATP title

Norrie made a perfect start to the match, having won the opening three games of the match.

Norrie had a chance to go up by a double break but Fritz saved a break point in the fourth game.

Norrie then saved four break points in the fifth game, before serving out for the opener in the ninth game.

After winning the first set, Fritz started the second set with back-to-back breaks and a 4-0 lead.

Fritz served out the fifth game to end Norrie's run but the Briton won the following two games to comfortably book a straight-set win.

This year, Norrie ended runner-up in Estoril, Lyon and Queen's.

Norrie will be hoping to lift his maiden ATP title when he meets rising American star Brandon Nakashima in the Los Cabos final.

Nakashima, 19, beat John Isner 7-5 6-4 to reach his maiden ATP final.
