Rafael Nadal happy with building new academy in Greece

Rafael Nadal shared his happiness and joy in seeing a new tennis centre named after him opening around the world. After Mallorca, Spain, and Cancun, Mexico, it's Greece's turn. "I am very happy that we officially announced the birth of a new Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre in Greece. It strengthens the expansion project of the academy over the world", said the 17-time Grand Slam winner. "I thank the Sani Resort for the confidence they had on our team. I am sure that this partnership will be productive. Especially for the tennis fans, who I invite to come enjoying tennis since April in these amazing facilities.'

The Sani/Ikos CEO Andreas Andreadis explained that they are excited to host a new venue of the Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre. 'What could be better than developing the tennis abilities with Rafa Nadal's help? This year we invite you to enjoy a new experience in Sani while relaxing and resting on holidays in the resort.'

The centre will feature eight clay-courts, and people will be able to train themselves and get tennis lessons by high-level coaches. The Sani Resort is a five-star hotel where first-class services are guaranteed.'

On his win over James Duckworth, Nadal said: "Of course, it’s not easy to come back after a lot of months especially against a player playing super aggressive every shot. He went on court with a determination not to hit more than two balls in a row from the baseline, it was tough."
