Following the high number of home fitness workouts posted by various players, Nick Kyrgios decided to show his followers that he is working harder than everyone during this self-isolation period, using just his chair.

“I just want to show you my fitness program (showing his gaming chair). I just want to make sure that you are completely bent 90-degrees. Make sure your legs are doing absolutely nothing. Just sit back on the chair, making sure your body’s doing absolutely nothing. You want to do 6 to 9 hours, so you’ll really feel the burn,” Kyrgios says in the video.
